Referral Network Disclosure
AB Water Damage Restoration is a referral and advertising network. We connect property owners with independent, licensed, third-party restoration contractors. We are not a restoration contractor, and we do not perform water damage, flood, mold, or any other restoration services ourselves. Any work is carried out solely by the independent contractor you engage.
No Professional Advice
Content on this Site — including articles, guides, cost estimates, and blog posts — is general in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, insurance, medical, or construction advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any information found here. Water damage situations vary widely, and only a licensed professional can assess your specific property.
No Guarantees
We make no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or reliability of any information on the Site, or about the work, licensing, pricing, availability, or conduct of any contractor in our network. Response times, pricing ranges, and outcomes are estimates only and results may vary. Any reliance you place on this information is strictly at your own risk.
Third-Party Contractors
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. We do not control, employ, supervise, or guarantee their services. You are responsible for verifying a contractor's licensing, insurance, credentials, and suitability before hiring. Any agreement, payment, or dispute is solely between you and the contractor.
